I can hear the sleigh bells ringing now!
For some that means Santa is finally coming to town. For others that means it’s almost time for an all you can eat buffet starring all of your favorite meals. Which if we’re being honest is probably the second-best part about this holiday, right? However, for most of us health fanatics this time of year usually means that yet another holiday where our impulse control is going to be put to the ultimate test has come.
