Hey there love bugs!
As the summer approaches us I know some of us may be doing all that we can to look and feel our best. Whether this is changing up our eating habits, increasing our workouts, or just taking that extra time during the day to show ourselves some love, we’re all trying to love up on ourselves before the summer hits strong!
I know I most certainly am! And it’s not about having the “perfect beach body”, or “looking good in a bikini”, it’s really all about showing myself some self-love.
I can’t tell you the number of years I’ve spent hating my body. For a really long time I couldn’t stand looking at myself in the mirror or dressing myself a certain way because I just wasn’t comfortable in my own skin. And if I’m being honest there are still days when I look in the mirror and I nitpick at the smallest of things with my appearance, but I can honestly tell you that I love myself a whole lot more now than I ever did as a teenager.
That’s why I started working and engaging in self-care more often. I wanted to change the way I felt about myself from the inside out.
So, this year I’m kicking the self-love into high gear and I really want you to do the same! I’m planning on loving myself harder than I have ever loved myself before by making the commitment to stick to my ALL my fitness goals with the help of my Self-Love Fitness Planner Printable.
