Hi there! I’m Kimora, a Holistic Wellness and Empowerment Coach. Welcome to my holistic wellness lifestyle blog! I created this blog in order to help women adopt a healthier lifestyle so that they can start living their healthiest life mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually!
I’m not a role model, just your average girl who wants to make a difference in this world. I want to empower women to adopt a health conscious mindset in order to effectively transform their lives from the inside out. I want to teach you how to do this by creating an effective wellness routine by changing your mindset about your ability to operate at your full potential. Holistic wellness is the essence of transforming and nurturing the self from the inside out. There is no straight and narrow path because it’s a personal journey that requires you to do the hard work to see the benefits. I’m here to help provide you with a roadmap and personal guidance to get the job done.
That’s what I represent and what you can expect from me and this is only on the surface!
As mentioned earlier I’m a Holistic Wellness and Empowerment Coach. This means that I work closely with women in helping them live the life that they love. There are tons of skills and tools that I provide my clients with through my coaching programs, and each and everyone of those resources help these women get comfortable with being their most authentic self. The results? Strong, powerful, confident, and unapologetic women who are not afraid to let their light shine. 16 Random Things to Know About Me 🙂
Fun Facts:
- Halloween is my favorite holiday, and yes if you’re wondering October is my favorite month. Honestly fall is my favorite time of year.
- My top three favorite movies of all-time are The Notebook, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and Deadpool…yes Deadpool 😀
- My hair color is dark brown, with red and blond highlights. The red highlights are all over my head (it’s a dark red), and the blond highlights are only in the front of my head. The trick is you can only see the many colors of my hair when light is cast upon it, and if you are up close and personal. And yes, this is my natural hair color, or should I say colors.
- My first love and passion in life is acting and I have known since I was around 8 years old that I wanted to pursue a career in acting.
- My favorite animal is the beautiful and fearless tiger. Orange and black is also one of my favorite color combinations.
- My favorite Disney movie is Beauty and the Beast because I feel I most relate to Belle out of all the Disney princesses. Second would be Pocahontas.
- One of my favorite activities is going to the movie theatre to see the latest movies.
- I love anime (Japanese cartoons). No, I think love is an understatement. I’m obsessed with anime, so much so that I really have to create boundaries with the shows that I watch because if I don’t I would never sleep!
Interesting Things to Know:
- If you were reincarnated as an animal what would it be?
I would love to be reincarnated as a wolf. Besides tigers, wolves are my favorite animals (it’s a tie between tigers and wolves, I don’t necessarily love one more than the other).
- If you could be any fictional character, who would you choose?
Now I’m not sure how many people are going to connect with this, but my all-time favorite game, and game franchise for that matter, is no other than…Kingdom Hearts! So of course, I would choose Sora! He is one of my favorite characters mainly because he is so pure of heart, and I got mad respect for that. Not only do I get to meet King Mickey (Mouse), and hang out with Donald and Goofy (yes, Donald and Goofy) all the time, but I would get to travel to all the Disney worlds. I’m a Disney kid without a doubt and I’d love to be a part of Tarzan, Belle, Simba, and so many other Disney character’s story. I mean come on, when I go to the pride lands I get to be a lion, who wields a keybalde! Who wouldn’t want that?!?!?!
(You have to know this game in order to understand what I’m talking about, trust me it’s amazing!).
- What do you want to be when you grow up?
First, I don’t plan on ever “growing up.” The kid in me is very much alive and a big part of who I am, and I don’t plan on letting her go anytime soon. So, I’ll rephrase this question. “What do you want to do with your life?” Well, if I’m being honest, there are just too many things that I want to accomplish in my life to name right here, right now. As I previously mentioned I want to pursue a career in acting, and write a book or two (or three or four) just to name a few. But honestly the only thing I’m striving for in life is to be the best version of myself. I want to be remembered as a good human being.
- What would you name the autobiography of your life?
Hello, it’s me life on the other side (and yes, this title is inspired by Adele’s Hello song, who just happens to be one of my favorite artists).
- What songs are included on the soundtrack to your life?
Gosh so many to choose from. However, if I have to choose five songs that would definitely be on a soundtrack about my life I would choose:
- Will you be there – Michael Jackson
- Skyscraper – Demi Lovato
- I will always love you -Whitney Houston
- My heart will go on – Celine Dion
- Fight Song – Rachel Platten
I feel these are a collective group of songs that represent every dimension of my being.
- What’s your philosophy in life?
Dream, believe, achieve. If you have a dream that brings you complete happiness, that means it’s something to believe in. If you believe in the passion within yourself that inspire your dreams, you have all the ambition you need to achieve them.
- What makes you feel accomplished?
Knowing that the people I surround myself with are truly happy. Seeing them laugh and smile is all the motivation I need to continue to find ways to keep them happy. I like when others are happy because it makes me happy. If I can do anything, even if it’s as little as giving someone a hug, to make them smile then I’ve accomplished something. I’ve managed to make someone see the light at the end of the tunnel and find hope to fight another day, and that’s all that really matters to me.
- Would you rather have a Lamborghini in your garage or a bookcase with 9,000 books and infinite knowledge?
So, owning a purple Lamborghini with black interior is one of my dream cars. However, I love books!!! I love reading!!! I’ve been reading books since I was like 7 years old, and yes, I’m challenging the idea that I have literally probably read close to 1,000 books in my lifetime. So, having a bookcase with 9,000 books and the opportunity to have infinite knowledge would so be ideal for me.
