This challenged is all about making your health a priority. All too often most of us fail to take care of ourselves to the best of our ability. There are many reasons for this such as stress, feeling overwhelmed with life, we don’t know where to begin with getting healthier, or we simply don’t have the time. Well all of this is about to change.
With the Heal Thy Self Challenge you are getting access to a free workout calendar for the month of June. That’s right, all of your workouts for the month of June have been planned for you. These are super easy and beginner friendly workouts that will only take you 20 minutes a day to complete. All you have to do is exercise.
With consistency in working out weekly you will notice a difference in your health by end of 30 days.
This month we’re focusing on caring for our bodies from the inside out with the help of Sidney from Total Life Changes. As part of the challenge every week Sidney will be giving away a free gift to two lucky individuals. To get the free gift you must do one or the other:
- Be the first every Friday to purchase a product that will help improve your health from the inside out
- Share with us in a video message or picture on Instagram what life changes you would like to make in your life
That’s it! Do one of these two things and you get an exclusive free gift from Sidney. Every week there will be two random winners and that winner could be you!
By now you’re probably thinking what are the benefits of these products? Here’s how the challenge works:
- Send us a video message or picture on Instagram telling us how you would like to change your life using the hash tag #KCSPHealthyself
- Download the free workout calendar for the month of June and do the workouts everyday
- Strive to upload a picture of yourself on Instagram answering our daily question. If you are not able to do this you need to show us that you are participating in the challenge in some way, even if that means just answering the daily question in the comments section.
- At the end of June submit a before and after picture of yourself answering our final question
- Be sure to use #KCSPhealthyself for all submissions
Oh, and did I mention that at the end of June Sidney and I will be randomly selecting 4 lucky winners who will get an exclusive prize? Well that’s right.
