Hey guys!!
I have to get this off my chest. I’m such a homebody and I really love being at home with my two adorable and super hyperactive dogs, but these past two weeks have been driving me insane!
I know it’s been an adjustment for everyone in some way, shape, or form. For me, that adjust has been having to be in the house with my ENTIRE family 24/7. Which never happens so there’s a lot more people walking around the house all the time, and there’s so much noise than what I’m use to on a daily basis!
I know it’s for the betterment of all, but this is how I’m doing right now. I’m hanging in there but I’m still adjusting to having the whole fam in the house with me during the day. How are you adjusting? What has this experience been like for you? I’d love to hear about if you’d love to share.
Speaking of adjusting to being at home, what did you think of the 7-day quarantine workout schedule? Honestly guys these are moves that I do almost everyday but for some reason I struggled a little. Maybe it was because my whole mojo was thrown off with having my family home?
I don’t know, but I do know that it felt so good! In fact, the main reason I wanted to create the quarantine workout is because I wanted to get our bodies ready for April.
Which brings me to some really exciting news…
I made another workout calendar for us! It’s packed with a ton of moves that are going to help you sweat, build muscle, and tone your body.

Honestly, I always get a little skeptical about this because I’m not the type of person who likes to switch up their routine from time to time. I find moves and a specific routine that works for me and I like to just stick with it. However, this is something that I’d like to get more into, and who knows maybe doing it more will help me expand my routine a little. Anyways, here the workout calendar!
I’ve broken this down for specific body areas that we are going to be working for specific days of the week (although honestly most body parts are going to engaged at all times)! Here are our workout days:
- Sunday: Abs
- Monday: Total Body
- Tuesday: Legs
- Wednesday: Booty
- Thursday: Cardio
- Friday: Arms
- Saturday: Recovery (rest)
As you can see for the most part each day, we have 7 moves that we are going to be doing to get our mind and body nice and strong. And honestly guys, I’m not kidding when I say that these are some of my favorite moves! Do each move for 1 minute, 20 reps each, and a total circuit 4 times. This will give you a good workout for 28 minutes!
