Mother’s Day will be here sooner than we know it, and that means it’s time to start thinking of the various ways that we can reward our mothers for all the wonderful things that they do.
I don’t know about you but I find it very hard to gift my mother something meaningful yet functional at the same time. This is mainly because the things that my mother loves, are not things that are necessarily functional in a manner that is going to help her achieve all of her goals in life. After taking some time to really think about what I would like to gift my mother this year, that will actually help her achieve some of her goals, I stumble upon this wonderful idea.
For years my mother has said that she wants to live a healthier and more active life. This includes adopting a consistent workout routine, eating as clean and as healthy as she possibly can on most days, and on her days off participating in activities that will require her to move and be active and not just sit on the couch all day. For years I have told my mother that I will help her in achieving this goal, but somehow it always got pushed to the side.
This year that is changing. This year I am going to gift my mother with some gifts that will help her achieve her health & wellness goals.
