Hi guys!
So lately I’ve been reminded of how important it is to allow yourself to undergo personal transformations. Even when they are uncomfortable. I’ve been stuck in this routine lately where I haven’t been putting my best foot forward due to the lack of results I’ve been expecting to see.
This has been an issue in multiple areas of my life. Some of those areas include my personal relationships, my job, my acting, and even in my self-care. Being stuck in this routine has put a huge damper on my mood lately, and as I’m sure you can imagine that has directly impacted my overall self-motivation.
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how to get the fire started again. My conclusion? I need to remind myself that great things take time to develop. I can’t rush something great, I have to allow myself to have the patience to let it naturally unfold. So that’s what I’ve been working really hard at doing lately. Being patient with the things that I want in life, because in order to see the results I’m hoping for, I have to be willing to fight through the process.
So that’s exactly what I’m doing.
Do you find yourself thinking and feeling this way lately also? If so, no biggie. We’re all humans and it’s a part of human nature to be impatient with life at times. Even if you haven’t found yourself thinking and feeling this way lately, don’t take any emotions or feelings about anything you may be having for granted. There’s a reason behind everything we think, say, and feel.
Which brings me to my motto for the past couple of months. Something I have chosen to honor, acknowledge, respect, and live by.
“Life’s A Metamorphosis”.
What do I mean by this? Well, that life is ever-changing and we have to allow ourselves to be willing to experience that change. Why? Because we never know what the future holds. We don’t know for certain what the future can and will bring us. Therefore, we have to be open to whatever the many possibilities can be, and we have to be brave enough to face the unknown head on.
No matter how scary it can be, and trust me, I know it can be pretty scary at times, we have to always choose to grow from past experiences.
Regardless of if you find yourself in this position or not, I have something for you all that I’d like for you to try. It’s a self-help guide intended help you start living your happiest and most fulfilled life. The Life’s a Metamorphosis guide can and will help you find comfort and strength in your own skin. However, like everything else in life, you get out of it what you are willing to put into it.
What the guide covers
This guide will give you tips as well as guidance in how to start living your happiest and most fulfilled life. There are 12 short activities that come with the guide intended to help you kickstart your personal journey of fulfillment. The activities all focus on learning how to let go of your self-conscious thoughts and feelings, in order to effectively build upon your self-confidence.
Activities that can be found within the guide
Each activity comes equipped with a challenge that you are encourage to take on. The challenges all relate to whatever the theme of the activity is. Remember, there are 12 different activities. That means there are 12 different themes all paired with 12 different challenges (one challenge per activity).
For example, if the activity was to list 5 of your biggest insecurities, the challenge then would be to choose one of those insecurities and work on it for the day.
Sounds simple enough, right?
The activities range from learning how to shed your insecurities (maybe take note of what was stated above?), to learning how to walk your own path in life, to even really truly knowing and understanding what’s in your heart. I promise it’s loaded with tons of fun, great advice, and the potential to really be life changing in many different ways, should you decided to give it a try.
How you can benefit from the guide
If you are looking to live a happier and more fulfilled life, then this guide may just be the perfect place for you to start. As mentioned above, this guide is intended to help you shed all your self-conscious thoughts and feelings, in order for you to really be in a comfortable enough place in your life to build on your self-confidence.
I wish I could say that we all come into this world and move through life with our best foot forward, but the truth is that we don’t. This is because a lot of us lack that self-confidence to really not care what others think of us, or how they perceive us based off of the life we have chosen to live for ourselves. If this is you (or you know someone like this) then you need this guide!
Concluding thoughts
Life’s a Metamorphosis is really a guide that strives to help you with your self-confidence. It’s not a guide that tells you how to live your life. It’s not a guide that points out the areas in your life that need to be altered. It’s not even a guide that will highlight your greatest strengths and weaknesses. It’s simply a guide that is meant to motivate, inspire, and encourage you to choose to put your best (and most honest) foot forward all the time.
Too many times we let others tell us how to live our life, what it should look life, or the things we should strive to achieve and accomplish. We hear the word “no” and other negative and defeating words more than we do the word “yes” and other positive and uplifting words. Due to this we have train ourselves to have thick skin. We have to know that we, just as we are, are good enough. That we don’t have to prove anything to anybody. It’s our life and we only get one life to live, so why not make it beautiful?
That’s what this guide aims to do, and that’s what this guide can do if you’re willing to put in the work. I really hope you check it out and give it a try, you never know what great changes may happen for you.
If you don’t, that’s completely fine! These are simply things that I have found that have help me become more confident and comfortable in my own skin. It’s not meant to (and it honestly probably won’t) be what everyone needs. However, I feel like this is worth sharing because you never know the lives you can and will touch and change through sharing your own personal story.
See you soon love bugs!
